St. Louis was picked to host the ASAE conference next year - the annual meeting for meeting planners. To encourage more meeting planners to attend this meeting, we developed this campaign targeted to meeting planners attending this year’s meeting in Washington D.C.

With mass transit takeovers, online video content, e-blasts and in-person appearances, we created “The Meeting Guru” to promote his new, self-titled book and drive meeting planners to his website, where he could teach them how to plan the perfect meeting. In St. Louis, of course.


Coincidentally, attendance for that meeting in St. Louis hit a record high.
