MEETING GURU CAMPAIGN

St. Louis was selected to be the host city for the ASAE Conference, otherwise known as the annual meeting for meeting planners. I heard i was well-planned.
To encourage more meeting planners to attend our meeting, we targeted all the meeting planners that were attending this year’s conference in Washington D.C. With mass transit takeovers, online video content, email blasts, and in-person appearances, we literally owned this meeting.
We created “The Meeting Guru” as a device to promote his new, self-titled book, and drive meeting planners to his website where he could teach them how to plan the perfect meeting.
In St. Louis, of course.
Not surprisingly, attendance for the St. Louis conference matched the highest attendence in ASAE history.
